Manufacturing Process of Steel Grating

.Pressure-Welded Steel Grating: This type is produced by arranging load-bearing flat steel bars and cross rods in a grid pattern at specified intervals. The assembly is then welded into a primary panel using 200-ton hydraulic resistance welding automated machinery. The final product is formed through subsequent processes including cutting, opening holes, and edging, all performed to meet specific customer requirements.

.Load-Bearing Bar Spacing: The center-to-center distance between two adjacent load-bearing flat steel bars is typically 30 mm or 40 mm.

.Cross Rod Spacing: The center-to-center distance between two adjacent cross rods is commonly 50 mm or 100 mm, though other spacings can be manufactured according to client specifications.

.Customization: We specialize in producing custom-made steel grating in various types and sizes, tailored to meet diverse project specifications and customer needs.
